Dividend Reinvestment
Plan
The Company offers Shareholders the option to participate in a Dividend
Reinvestment Plan (DRIP). This enables Shareholders to reinvest their
cash dividends automatically in the Company's shares. Details of the plan
are available on the Investors section of the Company's website at www.britishland.com
or by calling Lloyds TSB Registrars’ DRIP helpline on 0870 2413018.
For participants in the plan the key dates for the final dividend are:
